Prva Liga: MZT Skopje celebrates the fifth consecutive title
The champions closed in game-4 the final series against Kumanovo
MZT Skopje is again the Macedonian champion, winning the number 5 consecutive title thanks to the 3-1 victory against Kumanovo.
The team from the capital closed as best team the regular season with 24-4 record, beating Feni Industries in semifinal despite the losing effort of Vragovic (18+5+6 average during the season). Kumanovo, after the third place in RS, eliminated Rabotnicki of Gjorgi Cekovski (20ppg and 10rpg) and Karpos Sokol, with the game-5 away victory after the comeback from 1-2.
The champions, that this season won also the National Cup, losed the first game of the Finals (87-84), but with the 90-88 victory in game-4 beat again Kumanovo like in the past year. Decisive the 3-points shot of Protic with 15 seconds left to the end of the challenge.
For the winners great series of Drenovac, Mijatovic, Stojanovski and both Lukovic (Uros started the season own with Kumanovo). Across for the opponents really good finals of Trajkovski (21.5ppg with 32+14 in game-1), important things also from Simonovksi and Kostoski.
