Luka Pavicevic steps down as head coach of Montenegro National Team
Also the U20 coach Mihailo Pavicevic stepped down
The Basketball Federation of Montenegro (KSCG) announced on Monday that it has accepted the resignations of both senior national team head coach Luka Pavicevic and U20 team coach Mihailo Pavicevic.
The two coaches submitted their resignations to the KSCG board, which convened on Monday to assess the summer campaigns of Montenegro's national teams on all levels.
The senior Montenegrin team finished behind Israel and the Netherlands in Group B of the EuroBasket 2015 2nd Qualifying Round and consequently failed to earn a place in next year's big event.
The U20 national team meanwhile went through the shock of being relegated to Division B during last July's U20 European Championship on Crete.
