Marko Mugosa leaves Buducnost
The prospect leaves the team
A big prospect of Montenegrin basketball, who spent previous season with Budućnost VOLI Marko Mugoša (195, 1993) will no longer play in the blue and white jersey, the club from Montenegrin capital announced on Tuesday.
The club and player agreed on a decision to terminate their contract on mutual consent because there are also Aleksa Popović and Suad Šehović, two experienced Montenegrin internationals, at positions of shooting guard and small forward, which means that Mugoša would not be able to benefit from the minutes spent on court due to strong competition.
Mugoša appeared at six ABA League games last season for Budućnost VOLI, spent 3.5 minutes on court on average and averaged 0.3 points, 0.2 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game. He was the key member of Montenegrin U20 national team last summer in Tallinn, where he averaged 15.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game for his side.
