Zalgiris Kaunas adds Jeff Foote

Zalgiris Kaunas announced the signing of Jeff Foote for the upcoming season. The big man will replace Robertas Javtokas who will be out 6-8 month after the surgery.
Foote has played last season between D-League and the NBA where he was signed to a 10-day contract by the Hornets.
