Zalgiris Kaunas officially hired Aleksandar Trifunovic as head coach for the season. The coach replaces Elias Zouros who was fired after the loss in Euroleague against CSKA Moscow.
Another candidate for Zalgiris' bench was Kestutis Kemzura.
