Zalgiris Kaunas brings Marko Popovic back

Zalgiris Kaunas announced the return of Marko Popovic who signed a 1+1 deal. The Croatian guard has played with the Lithuanian powehouse from 2006 to 2008 and is still the idol of the supoorters. After Kaunas, Popovic signed with Unics Kazan winning the Eurocup title last season averaging 13.8ppg, 2.6rpg and 5.8apg.
