Sonny Weems will continue his career in Lithuania with Zalgiris Kaunas. The American player who spent last season with Toronto Raptors averaging 9.8ppg in 58 games should finalize his deal later this week, according to Alex Kennedy.
Weems will sign a deal without NBA escape if lockout ends.
