Zalgiris interested in Petravicius, Maciulis and Songaila

The GM of Zalgiris, Motiejunas, confirmed that the team is strongly interested in Jonas Maciulis, Marijonas Petravicius and Darius Songaila. Jonas Maciulis is recovering from an injury and Zalgiris would welcome is return to Kaunas after two years in Italy with Olimpia Milano. Also Marijonas Petravicius spent the last years in Italy with AJ Milano but was slowed down by a series of injury. The third player, Darius Songaila, comes from NBA where he has played just 10 games with 76ers in the season averaging 1.6ppg. For Petravicius and Songaila, Zalgiris will see them in the National Team to evaluate their physical condition after a difficult season with few games played. Zalgiris also picked up the option on Martynas Pocius. The player will stay with the team next season too and LKL champs will try to extend his contract.
