Kurtinaitis won't coach Zalgiris next season

After Rimas Kurtinaitis had to step down from the helm of Lietuvos Rytas even after a successful season many talked about the Zalgiris intent to bring the coach to Kaunas. However, as it has been reported by Lietuvos Rytas’ daily newspaper, this move isn’t likely to go through.

"It would be unethical to take away all those trophies that I’ve won with Rytas already the next year,” said Kurtinaitis about coaching Zalgiris.
