Rytas-Newley, the deal to be finalized soon

The deal between Lietuvos Rytas and Brad Newley is close to being finalized but is not done yet, as sources reported to Sportando.

The Australian forward spent the season in Turkey with Besiktas averaging 17.6ppg and 4.5rpg in TBL and 13.3ppg and 3.3rpg in Eurocup.

Few weeks ago Newley left Besiktas due to the lack of payments but was obliged by FIBA to return to the Turkish team where he finished the season.

Lietuvos Rytas won yesterday for the second consecutive year LKL in final against Zalgiris Kaunas.
