Serapinas joins Neptunas

Neptunas Klaipeda has strengthened its squad with the signing of Lithuanian sharp-shooter Simonas Serapinas. The 27-year-old player was jobless after leaving Azovmash Mariupol in October. Serapinas averaged 12 points, 2,2 assists and 2 rebounds in each of his 5 games in the Ukrainian league.

According to sources, this will be only a temporary stop for Serapinas as he'll be waiting for offers. The Lithuanian has played in Aris Thessaloniki, Prokom Trefl Sopot, Zalgiris Kaunas, Alytus and Nevezis in his career.
