Besiktas will sign Juan Palacios from Neptunas and pay €70k to the Lithuanian team.
“We have paid all the salaries to the players but in the contract there was a clause that allowed him to leave for a fixed buyout” Neptunas Sports Director, Donatas Zavackas said. “Palacios used the clause and will go to a bigger club. We can’t stop him. Neptunas will get €70k as buyout” Zavackas added.
