Zalgiris opens with the victory the 2014 LKL season
Victories also for Pieno žvaigždės and Neptūnas
Today it's officially begun the LKL 2014 regular season with the first 3 games.
Zalgiris opened the season with the clear victory on Nevėžis for 93-59. Despite the absence of the two American players the 2014 champions controlled without problems the game thanks to 20 points of Lekavičius and 10 points each for Jankūnas, Songaila and Gudaitis (also 8 rebounds). For the others 9 points of Javtokas and Dimša. Acorss not enough the good performances of Camphor (22) and Volkus (13+6).
In the other two games Pieno žvaigždės beats Juventus for 85-78 (14+7 for Oriakhi and Jogėla, 18 of Barinov) while Neptūnas exceeds Dzūkija with the final result of 82-72 led by Shakur with 13+5+4 (16 points of Dilys for the opponents).
