Zalgiris to start LKL season without Wayns, Anderson due to ban on registering new players

Zalgiris Kaunas will start the LKL season without the two most important signings of the summer: the former NBAers Maalik Wayns and James Anderson.

Zalgiris Kaunas has a FIBA Bat ban on registering new players due to the cases of Milovan Rakovic and Marko Popovic. The Lithuanian powerhouse owes the two players around €660.000.
