Vilmantas Dilys new player of Dzukija Alytus
The Lithuanian forward leaves the Tartu Ulikool/Rock
Dzukija Alytus announced the deal for the return in Lithuania of the 1987 forward Vilmantas Dilys.
The player played part of the last season in Estonia with Tartu Ulikool/Rock after starting the season with Nevezis Kedainiai. Dilys palyed 20 games in Alexela KML with 11.9ppg and 6.2rpg. With the Estonian team he played also in EuroChallenge (12 games, 12.8ppg and 6.4rpg) and Baltic League (11.8ppg and 6.9rpg) hepling the club to reach the league final (after the first place in regular season), to win the Estonian cup, to reach the semifinals in BBL and the quarterfinals in EuroChallenge.
Dilys played in his long career also with Zalgiris and Rytas and out of his country in Spain and Austria.
