BK Ventspils signs Sandis Valters to a two-year deal

BK Ventspils announced the signing of Sandis Valters for the next two seasons. The Latvian player was practicing with Ventspils since weeks and the two parts were negotiating on a contract.
Valters and Ventspils agreed and the experienced player ex VEF Riga signed a deal for two seasons.
