BK Ventspils negotiating with Sandis Valters

BK Ventspils is negotiating with Sandis Valters. The player is practicing with the team since weeks and the two parts are trying to reach an agreement for the entire season. Kristaps Valters too is practicing with Ventspils but his salary is too high for the Latvian team.

"Price of Sandis is high, but our GM is negotiating with his agent. If they agree, he will play for us" said Aivars Lembergs, president of BK Ventspils.

Last season Sandis Valters averaged nearly 10ppg, 3prg and 3apg in Eurocup with the jersey of VEF Riga.
