VEF Riga waive Grafs and Willjam

VEF Riga waived both Raitis Grafs and Derek Willjam. The American player was at his first pro experience and was averaging 17.2ppg in Eurocup in three games.

Grafs, member of the Latvian NT, was outside of the rotation of the team and played mostly at the beginning of the year with VEF Riga jrs team.
