According to Israeli media, Dominic Waters agreed in principle with Hapoel Holon. The American PG is expected to sign the contract with the Israeli team in the coming days.
Waters started the season with Union Olimpija Ljubljana averaging 2.5ppg in Euroleague with 3apg.
