Hapoel Tel Aviv signs Ramone Moore from Biella

Hapoel Tel Aviv announced the signing of Ramone Moore. The rookie started the season in Serie A with Angelico Biella with whom he averaged 7.5ppg after four games.
In Tel Aviv, Moore will replace Matt Bouldin who left after the ankle injury.
