John Greig: 'Pops will be playing again soon'

As anticipated, Maccabi Tel Aviv's doctors recently ruled that British big man Pops Mensah-Bonsu failed his physical examination, resulting in the termination of the parties two year agreement.

Today, Mensah-Bonsu's agent John Greig, responded to Tel Aviv's decision, leaving plenty of room for anticipation that the recent Turkish League and EuroChallenge champion will promptly return in full throttle.

"Pops will be playing again soon," Greig confirmed to Sportando via email. "I have the upmost respect for (Maccabi owner) Dani Federman and the Maccabi team. I wish them all the best this year."
