FIBA rules in favour of Maccabi Tel Aviv in Ohayon's case

According to Israeli media, FIBA ruled against Yogev Ohayon and in favour of Maccabi Tel Aviv in the case about the departure of the player to Lokomotiv Kuban for free.
Ohayon agreed with Lokomotiv Kuban during the summer claiming that in his contract he had a clause to leave without buyout.
Maccabi Tel Aviv sued the player to FIBA who ruled in its favour.
If Ohayon wants to leave Maccabi Tel Aviv, Lokomotiv Kuban and Maccabi Tel Aviv have to reach an agreement on buyout now.
