Jon Scheyer leaves Maccabi Tel Aviv

Jon Scheyer and Maccabi Tel Aviv reached an agreement to part ways. Former Duke player asked to the Israeli powerhouse to be released due lack of playing time.
Scheyer has played 46 games this season with Maccabi Tel Aviv averaging 3ppg in Adriatic League, 2.5ppg in Loto League and 1ppg in just five games in Euroleague.
The guard didn't travel to Athens for the Euroleague Quarterfinals and is back to the States.
