Bnei Hasharon signed for the coming season Tweety Carter. The player started the year in NBDL with Tulsa 66ers averaging 11.2ppg in 30 games. Then he moved to Latvia where he wore the jersey of BK Ventspils with whom he scored 6.7ppg in 22 games in the national championship.
