Yotam Halperin won't play for Maccabi Tel Aviv

Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that Yotam Halperin wont't play for the team next season. The Israeli powerhouse announced his return after few seasons in Greece with Olympiacos some weeks ago. But Halperin had some financial issues with Reds and did not give an answer to MTA before the deadline. Moreover, according to Isareli law, a citizen who works outside the country for at least four consecutive years is not obliged to pay taxes in the Hebrew nation when he is back. If Halperin returns this summer, he has to pay around 1 million of euros because he has worked outside Israel for just three years. So, the decision to stay abroad for one more year.
