Maccabi Tel Aviv interested in KC Rivers and Mejia

According to One.co.il, Maccabi Tel Aviv contacted the agent of KC Rivers and wants to sign the player for the next season.

Rivers started his pro career in Italy in the season 2009-10 with Latina and then moved to Treviso.

Last summer Rivers moved to France where he penned a deal with Cholet but Virtus Bologna brought him back to Italy again. With Virtus Bologna Rivers became one of the leaders of the roster averaging 17.5ppg.

Another player liked by Maccabi is Sammy Mejia. The Dominican American is in France with Cholet with whom he won Pro A last season.
