Hapoel Migdal reached an agreement with Robert Dozier, actually in PAOK.
Now, to finalize the transfer, everything is in the hands of the Greek team who has to decide if Dozier can leave.
Dozier is averaging 7.3ppg and 4.6rpg in the domestic league.
