Hapoel Migdal may not sign Justin Williams

Despite the two parts reached an agreement and the contract was signed, the transfer of Justin Williams to Hapoel Migdal is very unlikely now to happen. The Israeli management is scared for the physical condition of the former NBA player who is out of the court since two years. Hapoel is seriously thinking to return to the market and look for another player.
