Hapoel Holon, after the arrivals of Antonio Graves and Sasa Bratic, penned a deal with point guard Wykeen Kelly. The player comes from Apoel Nicosia, in Cyprus, with whom he averaged 10.4ppg, 5.8rpg and 4.4apg in Eurochallenge this year.
