Anton Shoutvin signs with Galil Gilboa

Galil Gilboa landed one of the Israeli rising stars Anton Shoutvin  on a one-year deal. The 20-year-old centre impressed the basketball fans during the U20 European Championship in Riga in 2008. He tallied 17.9 points and 5.1 boards for Israeli team. This year Anton Shoutvin also attended U20 European Championship where he notched 13.2 points, 4.5 boards and 1.2 assists per game.
Last year Anton Shoutvin started in Maccabi Givat Shmuel. He played just three games averaging 2.0 points and 2.0 rebounds. Later he moved to Maccabi Tel Aviv.
