American high school star Jeremy Tyler close to Maccabi Haifa

According to Israeli press, American high school star Jeremy Tyler, who decided to skip his senior year of high school to begin his professional basketball career playing overseas, is close to signing a contract with Maccabi Haifa.
The player lately turnded down an offer from Slovenian reigning champs, Union Olimpija Lubiana.
In the coming week Tyler will ink his first pro contract.
Tyler is considered by many to be the most talented big man to come along since Greg Oden and is projected as the top pick in the 2011 NBA draft.
The Israeli team is also close to inking Jesse Pellot-Rosa who averaged 23.9ppg and 6.8rpg with Atleticos San German, in Puerto Rico.
