Anagonye left Galil

This is probably not a common reason for a player to leave a team, but here it goes. Aloysius Anagonye (203-F-81, college: Michigan St.), the Nigerian/American center of Hapoel Gilboa/Galil asked to leave the club after the Israeli interior office didnt allow his wife to enter the country. When Anagonye arrived to Israel he wasn't yet married to his Moroccan girl-friend. During Christmas break to couple got married but when they tried to come back to Israel together and the entry of the wife was denied. The club did some efforts to help the player but with no luck. Thus Anagonye asked to be released and Galil/Gilboa accepted his wishes.
