James Kelly agrees to deal with Gilboa Galil

Former Marshall power forward James Kelly has agreed to a deal with Hapoel Gilboa Galil of the Israeli Winner League, according to Sport5.co.il.

Kelly, who spent the past two seasons in South Korea, agreed to a tryout deal with Levallois Metropolitans in July but the French club released him last week.
