Maccabi Tel Aviv expected to sign Johnny O'Bryant

Israeli powerhouse Maccabi Tel Aviv is finalizing a deal with American big man Johnny O'Bryant, a source told Sportando. The player spent most of last season with the Charlotte Hornets, averaging 4.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. O'Bryant then was traded to the New York Knicks in Willy Hernangomez's trade and waived by New York.

This would be O'Bryant's first experience in Europe.
