Hapoel Jerusalem signs Josh Owens

The move is official

American power forward Josh Owens is officially a new player of Hapoel Jerusalem, the team announced. Owens spent last season in Turkey with Tofas Bursa, where he averaged 8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.
