Free-agent point guard Keron DeShields has reached an agreement on a deal with Hapoel Afula of the Israeli National League, a source told Sportando.
DeShields will replace Chester Simmons, who is out for the season after he tore his ACL.
The 25-year-old guard out of Tennessee State began the current season in Hungary with DEAC, averaging 11.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in four games.
