Chris Smith’s experience in Israel is over.
The brother of JR Smith had signed a three-year deal with Ironi Nahariya but he lasted only a few games in Israel top division.
Smith then signed in Israeli second division with Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin but he left the team after only one game and returned to the USA.

J.R.'s brother Chris Smith has been waived by Nahariya from the top division in Israel. He then lasted only one game with a team in the second division before bolting to the US without notice. His $2000-a-month deal is dead.
