Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv has waived forward Jeff Allen to clear a roster spot for Matt Howard, as the former Butler center returns from foot surgery, according to David Pick.
Allen, a 6-foot-7 forward out of Virginia Tech, has averaged 10.8 points and 8.3 rebounds in eight games this season, shooting 48% from the field.
