Source: Gerald Beverly, Maccabi Rishon agree to deal

Free-agent big man Gerald Beverly has reached an agreement on a deal with Maccabi Rishon of the Israeli Winner League, a source told Sportando.

Beverly, 23, spent last season with the Canton Charge in the NBA G League where he averaged 4.8 points and 3.4 rebounds over 11.6 minutes per game. He also averaged 3.6 points and two rebounds per game for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Summer League.

The 6-foot-8, 235-pound big man has one-year experience in Europe as he had played in Germany for Telekom Baskets Bonn in the 2015-16 season.
