Simone Pianigiani’s Hapoel Jerusalem wins the Winner League.
Hapoel beat Maccabi Haifa in the final 83-76 led by a terrific performance of Jerome Dyson.
The guard ended the game with 30 points. Curtis Jerrells added 21 points for Hapoel while Kinsey dropped 19 points.
For Maccabi Haifa Gregory Vargas scored 30 points, Mendez had 14 and Pinkney 13.

Simone Pianigiani, at his first season with Hapoel Jerusalem, won the Israeli Supercup and the Israeli title reaching the EuroCup semifinals too.
This is Pianigiani’s 7th national championship after the six in a row won while in Siena.

Pianigiani moved to Israel last summer after he left Italian National Team. After Siena, Pianigiani was also the head coach of Fenerbahce.
