Maccabi and Hapoel push to reform Winner League rules
They want more clubs, foreigners and revise the finals format to series
Hapoel Jerusalem and Maccabi Tel Aviv would love to change the format of the Winner League and they are pushing to make it happen.
The two Israeli bigs want to increase the number of clubs from 12 to 14. They are asking for more foreigners and they want a series for the final that now is played with a Final Four.
