Cleveland Cavs draftee Sir'Dominic Pointer is signing a two-year deal with Israeli team Hapoel Eilat, as reported by Roey Gladstone. Pointer was selected with the 53rd pick in the draft by the Cavs. He's a former St.John's alumn.
