Nate Robinson agrees to a deal with Hapoel Tel Aviv

American point-guard Nate Robinson has agreed to a deal with Israeli team Hapoel Tel Aviv, according to David Pick. Robinson signed a deal with the Pelicans at the beginning of the season but he was waived shortly after.
