Pianigiani among candidates for Maccabi Tel Aviv head coaching job if Goodes will be fired

Simone Pianigiani could be leaving Italian Basketball Federation soon and there is already interest from some Euroleague teams.

Pianigiani won six Serie A Championships with Mens Sana Siena reaching twice the Euroleague Final Four. Pianigiani also coached Fenerbahce Ulker when his experience with Montepaschi ended.

Maccabi Tel Aviv may fire coach Guy Goodes in the nex hours and according to Israeli media, Simone Pianigiani is one of the leading candidates if the bench of the Israeli powerhouse will be available.
