Maccabi Ashdod signs Avi Ben-Chimol

Israeli team Maccabi Ashdod is very active in the market in these days. After the cut of Darius Rice and the addition of Curtis Kelly they signed Israeli veteran point-guard Avi Ben-Chimol, as reported by David Pick:

Ben-Chimol was playing an important season last year but he ended it quickly due to an injury in January. He averaged 11.9 points, 2.7 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game with Bnei Herzliya.
