Hapoel Galil Gilboa has signed Rafael Menco on loan from Hapoel Jerusalem, according to David Pick:
Hapoel Jerusalem sign U21 NT captain Rafi Menko to four-year extension. On loan to Gilboa this season.

Previously the player had extended his deal with Hapoel Midgal Jerusalem until 2018. Last season he averaged 2.1 points per game.
