Hapoel Jerusalem made official the signing of Donta Smith to a three-year deal.
The American comes from Maccabi Haifa where he averaged 16.3 points, 7.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game.
The Israeli powerhouse also announced that Danny Franco is the new head coach for two years.
