IBA suspends Schortsanitis 7 games, fines him $18.5k

The IBA have ruled against Sofo Schortsanitis an immediate 7 games suspension and $18.5k ($18.698,59) fine for attempt to assault a fan in the game against Hapoel Tel Aviv, as reported by David Pick.

Sofo Schortsanitis was sidelined vs Jerusalem and Haifa, therefore missing two games retroactively. The suspension of the Greek big man will end in playoffs semifinals.
