Hapoel Eilat filed a signed offer sheet to Terrico White, according to David Pick. The American guard is playing in Turkey with Gaziantep.
White, who has played with Radnicki last season, is averaging 3.6ppg in TBL and 6.7ppg in Eurochallenge.
