Maccabi Rishon waive Dwayne Mitchell, set to replace Hopkins too

Maccabi Rishon LeZion released Dwayne Mitchell after two games of Winner League.

Mitchell averaged 2.5ppg in the first two games with the team.

The Israeli team is also looking to replace Bryan Hopkins. 

This is the message written on Facebook by Mitchell: Thanks to all the fans for the support and know that this decision was made by 1 person who I respect but we have different views and disagree on certain things. This has nothing to do with the new coach or my wonderful teammates they have been great. Some people personally don't get alone and thats life but I wish the best for everyone. I know what I can do because I've proven it more than once and I refuse to settle for anything less than what I deserve. #ImASmartBusinessMan
